These business owners and managers are too stupid to form a coherent argument against the wokesters so they just cave to public pressure. Often they cave even before there is any pressure because they are spineless cucks who should have paid attention in Intro to Philosophy.
When I was a kid my dad told me "if you don't take a stand when people try to push you around then before you know it they'll be pushing you everywhere. They'll push you up and down this road out here"
