What are you doing about it? There's really nothing you can do. I watched trash move down towards our once nice middle class neighborhood as a teen but we couldn't exactly just buy up all of the property

Next time you just move way further away from it where it won't impact you in your lifetime.

That's what I'm talking about.

Demand that ALL new construction be A) big lots B) big houses C) not increase flooding to surrounding homes.

Create a fund to start buying up Central Woods properties and start ripping them out and replacing with homes that meet standards mentioned above. Stop being defeatest about it.

That's what you can do.
