And that, as it's always been in education, is a big part of the problem.
Always the expectation for everyone to step up except the parents. Then everyone wonders why kids are the way they are. It starts in the home.

They're doing the job they're supposed to do on those days. And saving you money by not doing it as extra service that they would get paid for after school hours.
