No idea other than a faction of the globalists who want to get rid of Biden. 
What's interesting is that in Biden's case, someone planting evidence is a possibility, but not when it comes to Trump and Mir a Lago.

I wouldn't put it past the FBI to plant something if somebody wants him gone. But, if that happened, that's what the left gets for backing these corrupt rats.
