I always find it weird that they say well he fired 2 or 3 more shots than he should have. Like the avg person is just going to stop shooting after pulling the trigger two or three time. Im sure in real life and death situations you are pumped full of adrenaline and you just dont turn it off in a few seconds.

Are you really going to take the chance that you let the other guy get a few shots off if you quit shooting first? I think thats the thought process once you start pulling the trigger. All these people making these comments have never been in the other persons shoes.Not sure if its execution if its you just making sure that guy is never getting back up to take another shot. Not guilty on all counts.

He didn't have a gun when he fired that last shot. The guy who shot him was holding it

Not to mention the citizen wouldn’t have even been I that position without the armed criminal being an armed criminal.

Citizen should get protection because it was the criminal that put the citizen in position to even have to make a decision of “how many shots”
