Ideas on things to do in Puerto Rico specifically the Rincon area? TIA

Before Maria was the best location on the island. Good local restaurants, hiking and waterfalls within 30 minutes of town, cool little town square, really good beaches, almost world class surfing. Haven't been back in 5 or 6 years but heard Maria devasted the area, same as much of the island.
