Rebalancing 401k/403b

Current 403b is 50% VIGIX (growth), 35% VIVIX (value), and 15% VMGMX (mid-cap). Tempted to exchange all of VIVIX (which I'm in the green the past 3 years) and disperse into VIGIX and VMGMX which are both roughly down 30% from their 2021 highs. Then rebalance back into VIVIX once VIGIX and VMGMX reach back to their 2021 highs. Any reason why I shouldn't do this?
