re: What do you want done with your body after death?

I did. I signed up many years ago but the woman I was seeing asked me not to as she wanted me to have a funeral shortly after death. Well, you can’t be embalmed and then be a cadaver so I withdrew my application. I’m about to “re-up” so to speak.
