I'll throw another one into the mix. I know a lot of people have heard that pro-choice people have said that the fetus is not a living human being, so it' not murder. Yet, if a pregnant woman is killed, the suspect can be charged with a double homicide/manslaughter. I've always scratched my head on that one. lol.

I don't know why. There are plenty of instances where taking a human life is not murder.
