it appears grad transfers who have already used their one-time exception are applying for waivers from the NCAA. Maybe the NCAA is rubber stamping these waivers, but the actual rule in the D1 Manual does not guarantee immediate eligibility for a grad transfer who has already transferred previously.
What I'm looking for is some list of the actual exemptions that can be used to justify applying for the rubber stamp.
JT Daniels has to be using something that's not mainstream to be eligible to transfer again or we'd all be aware of the reason.
Fields leaving GA had something to do with race (IIRC) for example.
