Lsu needs to keep the ball in the hands of there deadliest weapons, i think quick slants to lafell and screens with holiday could prove to be extremely effective against bama. What do you think?

AS long as Lee doesn't throw a TD to BAMA I think LSU can set the tempo. Run, screens because they blitz, hit dickson as much as possible.

yikes.....quick slants over the middle tend to get picked off if not accurate, which Lee has not been, can get picked off.....

his screen passes are quick darts with no loft...many have gotten knocked down by DE and DT's without having to jump....close to more ints.......

if we want to do something different, I say stretch the field with some deep flag routes to the sidelines or some "jump ball" lobs of the 15-20 yd range and give Lafell and Tolliver an opportunity to draw some flags or make a few big plays.

do yall really trust his hands? it seems to me that he drops alot of passes.
on the other hand, Byrd is a sensational reciever.

+1...and most of these pass plays should be PA...Lee seems to pass with greater accuracy when rollling out than when he passes from the pocket. I say we run a PA bomb to lafell or byrd (whichever one doesn't have safety help) on the first play of the game...gotta get Lee some confidence. and, if he throws a pick downfield, it's just like a punt. Screw these 6 and 7yd. slants!!! Throw the potato DOWNFIELD!!!

I think Bryd will have a good game. He is our best deep threat and if we can get some Play action going to freeze the safeties, we can try and launch a deep throw a couple of times.

ok i understand where you are coming from, but now what about holiday? we got to get that boy the ball in open field, we really have not been using him to much lately except for special teams.
