Take your pain meds before heading to physical therapy. Don't wait until afterwards. Also get some freezable ice shoulder wraps. It'll be a year for a full recovery. Don't shirk the PT. You dont want a frozen shoulder that will result in sedated manipulation to break up the scar tissue.
