If price is the same for all of these and recteq is going to be the most reliable/best results, why look at the others? Unless I’m mis reading something?

All of them have a unique thing to them. Camp Chef has an easy pellet ash cleaning deal and an optional side burner add on. Some may get higher temp. May be built out of different material. These unique items might appeal to the buyer and attract them to one pellet grill or the other.
