I don't get why that happens on the same TV during the same game.
Different companies have different equipment for processing the video into a stream.
Also depends on whether they have any kind of delay with the feed they are converting.

Anywhere you can just buy a sports package/ESPN? Seems like every service uses it as an add on once you pay for their service.
