I admit it was really cool the way it rolled in at the perfect moment. The fog, the sounds, the sights, and vibration in the chest, the racing heart, the drinks spraying up into the air as the mist came down, everything combined at the right moment to create an instant classic game with the totality of Death Valley’s mystique. Then in an instant, the field turned into a sea of purple and gold as the band played those four beats. The crowd went even wilder. The stadium breathed in and out last night. It rocked, it shook, it put on a show like nothing else I’ve experienced before - ever. I stopped to make sure I took it in. I’m an alum and a lifelong fan and have been to lots of games but I’ve never been speechless like I was then. I was in awe not only of what had just played out but I was amazed - and will forever be - at how fast Brian Kelly has turned the program around. It’s unfathomable. It was a great experience that everyone there will reference as a benchmark for a generation. I took it in without my phone in my hand, this was personal and it needed to be seen with the naked eye, not through my phone’s screen. Stood there with my wife for three minutes then we promptly made our way to the field

That's gold there, brah.
