They keep saying it’s going to develop but it just doesn’t. You end up just in a subdivision outside of town where you still have to drive in to get everything. Your mileage may vary.

yeah I'd avoid the subdivisions
although palm ridge across the way and down the road from our house seemed nice on halloween
