I’m not too sure, but I think it means autistic spectrum disorder. But I think it’s inclusive enough to include others autism-like disorders, so things like schizoid personality disorder, as well.

Edit: The issue with Schizoid Personality Types is they usually are emotionally apathetic, so they’re not likely the ones to post videos such as this.

This is assuming that the person in the video has actually been diagnosed and not someone with garden-variety emotional immaturity who has latched on to the trendy sounding “neuro-divergent” without actually seeing a neurologist to confirm.
