Our house now should be complete by Feb. can’t lock in a rate until ~60 days out. Can’t wait to get fricked by that rate

We got lucky and found one that we loved for a reasonable price when rates were low. Inventory was extremely low, but we found something that is almost a perfect fit for us.
You are going through hell now but at least you are getting exactly what you want. And it will be brand new.
