Anyone know why we're constantly subbing Boutte, Nabers and Jenkins off the field and rotating our receivers in units?

Seems to disrupt the flow of the offense. They even ran hurry up a few times just to keep our backup wideouts out there, once was on a key 3rd down.

I would like to see those three + BTJ on the field at all times barring injuries or the occasional breather.

Nothing against the other pass catchers but I don't feel like we're using our best 11 out there with this approach.

Well first off, Boutte clearly isn’t himself anymore and if he didn’t look so good in previous years, he wouldn’t even be playing at this point. Second, the gap between the guys you named (excluding neighbors), Bech and Lacy is very minimal. There is no reason they should be not subbing that group.

I know folks are saying there are ‘head’ issues with Boutte. And I have seen some of his lackluster efforts. But maybe he has not completely healed from his injury and might never will….
