Leadership role

The Saints are missing leadership early in the season.
Demario, Cameron, Ingram...someone needs to step up. Seems Demario was that man the past two seasons but something is lacking here.
The Saints are making mental and quite fixable mistakes. Cut out the dumb penalties (false-starts) and fumbles especially in the first half. They are lacking attention to detail.
Next two games are in the Superdome. Bring the juice.
Getting back to .500 is doable.
If Geno Smith and the Seahawks come in and get the Win this upcoming Sunday, then this team is done this season ha.

Those 3 guys are definitely leaders. I don't think the offense has that commanding presence yet. Jameis is too goofy and Michael Thomas doesn't seem like the type to care much outside of his own performance. You don't have any grizzled veteran types on the OLine to take that spot either. If Dalton carries the starting QB spot for the season then he and Ingram are really the only hope for leadership on the offensive side of ball.
