In fairness, I'm not planning to summer there anytime soon.
We are in a proxy war with them. Going there would make you a potential target for imprisonment, state media propaganda, and perhaps a prisoner exchange or other concessions.

Absolutely I wouldnt go over there but my point is that they are saying they are not going there because they are "Protesting"
