A lot of his documentaries are shite, anyway. Jazz was 17 hrs of Wynton Marsalis talking about Louis Armstrong and Count Basie. Most other Jazz legends barely got a mention, if that.
I wonder why they didn't talk about Stan Getz, Chet Baker, Stan Kenton, Vince Guaraldi, etc.
