Anyone have recs for places to stay in Natchitoches while there to see the Christmas lights? Party of 3 adults. Ok with hotel, air bnb, bed and breakfast, whatever. Just looking for something decent (or nicer) and close enough to the lights. Haven’t been before so not sure how it all works for this event, so any helpful advice would be welcome!

Chateau Saint Denis would be best option. 2 block walk to the river and all the street life.

We have stayed at Andrew Morris House on other occasions. Easy walk to the downtown area. We decided about this time of year to go once and had to stay in Shreveport because everything was booked. Good luck! It is worthwhile to go.

Yeah, that’s one of my concerns. I never remember to book early enough!

Eat at Maglieaux’s. Might want to make reservations ahead of time.
