What are you even rolling your eyes and arguing about? Yes, 1998 BR was quieter and cleaner than 1998 Nola. “Knowing where to go” in Nola doesn’t change that fact. Go be retarded somewhere else if you’re looking to argue over something so obviously true. Other than the state/president streets, there was absolutely nothing creepy about any area around LSU.

the trees behind the student union and the enchanted forest by the amphitheater were always creepy

Aster st was ghetto (and creepy) in 1998, that’s not too far from campus
