I was the first to point out on Thursday after the press conference, that the police may know there may not have been anyone on the other side of the train. (Which I said in the post you responded to)

And I said use you brain and really study the words they used in this press conference. They put Allie in the middle of unsolved crimes and they decided to shift blame to the judges for the repeat offender profiles of whom they've been protecting for 5 years in a corrupt administration. If there was no literal witness like you and alter account boy are claiming, then I can promise you that the mayor would have been flexing with more proactive updates on the first half of that presser. That didn't happen did it? Use you noggin. These people have no idea how to play 3D chess.

because they really don’t care

my original stance on this - a good dozen pages ago - was either BRPD knows there was no witness or they were too embarrassed to admit they messed up - I have issues with the witness’ statement: where is his friend, why won’t the police confirm or deny there was another car there?

mayor would have been flexing

Not necessarily- cover up for the police to give the illusion of caring. The press conference was lip service. That’s why this thread needs to stay alive, and anyone who can do anything needs to. I’m sure the mayor & police chief would like to sweep it under the rug & keep it unsolved -because they couldn’t care less.
