I have not seen that ever in 20 years of being a season ticket holder. As a result, traffic was bumper to bumper standstill on Stanford from W.Lakeshore all the way to the interstate, including the side streets. It was ridiculous.
This was my problem as well. There has NEVER been a cop there before.
