Well, the cops reviewed all the video and said they never saw the guy accused, or anyone else, of saying anything derogatory.

What I find fascinating about this case is the lack of information coming forward. When first out, it was reported that she and her teammates on the bench heard the racial slurs yelled at her.
Since then, we're told that an investigation was launched and there was no evidence to support the claims by the Duke player. Not one person came forward to substantiate the accusations. If I had been sitting within earshot of an incident like this I am certain that I would have reported it. We haven't heard from any of her own teammates to add validity to her claim!
With the growing number of racial hoaxes attempted in the past few years, we need to begin punishing the accusers who make up stories to get their 15 minutes of fame...and severely.
