This will be a war; but I honestly believe LSU has the emotional edge and physical toughness necessary to win this season defining game! Playing GEORGIA in TS after a month away and on the heels of a gut check win vs USC, I think this is the game the 2008 Tigers make a BIG statement! It won't be easy; but our OL play and RB depth...along with 2 ever improving QBs should nicely compliment an aggressive defensive scheme. Plus, I like Miles and Crowton over Richt by a lot! Finally, Colt David and the LSU fans will have a LOT to say about who wins this one. LSU has to be wary of the Dawgs using the running game to establish the pass; and, look
for draw plays and screen passes early and often...esp if we go the the Express package. Geaux Tigers!!! LSU wins 27-17...

I would not bet on this game either way. It's two great schools in an SEC classic; what more could you ask for?

bla, bla, bla. The tards say the same crap over and over. What about the defining game against UF that was suppose to show the country that LSU is best in the sec. Forget defining moments. It's a freakin game. If LSU loses, the tards will say the Bama game is the defining moment. Every game is a defining moment.

An example: Last week vs Vandy, UGA's up by 2 TDs well into the 2nd half. Instead of running the ball and eating some clock, Richt keeps throwing...Vandy picks it and makes it a one score game...until very late in the 4th quarter. And Vandy had shown no ability to stop Georgia's run with Moreno at all! I think Miles is a better head coach and Crowton a better OC than Richt. Whatever...It's a HUGE SEC game...period!!!

You don't think one could do that with any coach?

There was still a lot of time left in that game, and we were already primarily running the ball. But we also were working on things where our offense needs work for future games... in a game that was never really in doubt. Stafford just made a bad decision to throw through a lane that wasn't there, and the DL deflected the pass.

1) Richt isn't our OC. Mike Bobo is.
2) I realize you think Miles is a better coach. That's fine and understandable. But you said you like the coaching edge here by "a lot!". Just curious as to why... do you have anything else besides one play from a 10-point win over Vanderbilt?

The more Auburn stinks the more nervous I get. Florida is the only good team we have played this year.

Neither UGA or LSU has played any very good teams besides one game in which they were both routed.

The SEC was really overrated going into this year based off how dominant it was the last 2 seasons. Still better than all but one conference... just overrated.
