Hisense 18000 BTU window unit here. It was a little tricky to install. Also it runs on 220 power, but it is rated to cool up to 1000 Sq Ft. I believe it would do every bit of that.
Picked it up at Lowe's. Even got $200 off for opening a Lowe's American Express card.
