If you do not have a plan on what to do after, I would stay another year and make that plan.
My Father (Army) retired after 32 years at 50 years old and was a CSM (E9). He probably spent the next 5-7 years trying to figure out what to do with his life.
He eventually found happiness post Army, but it took some time.
