Excellent advice concerning speaking. I never and still can’t. Always considered one of the smartest and best problem solver but never spoke in front of people. Always did excellent in small groups and usually became the leader, but someone else gave the talk. Even had corporate (HCA) call me several times with issues and I gave them solid , useful advice. They hinted they wanted me to be the director of purchasing.. 305 hospitals, but nope, had to give talks.
