Jarrett, Rice, Barry, etc are all just the pawns who are programming Joe.
The real power are the 3 or 4 super donors and string pullers like Soros, Zuck, and others... And they all get their "guidance" from Klaus, whom, in turn gets his orders from his Luciferian communicators... So that's the real answer.
