Leaving a blinker on for several miles while on the interstate.
Trying to argue with a cashier to accept an expired coupon while simultaneously talking on speaker phone.

Cashiers who have their cell phones out are also annoying as hell.
Retailers need to enforce a simple rule: No cell phones when working.
Then, the cashiers should be able to move people to the side who are on their cell phones while being checked out.
I've had prospective pro bono clients come into the office and answer their cell phone during the initial consultation. Unless there is an apology and explanation for my having to sit there and wait for whatever phone conversation there is, I decline to represent them.
Cell phones have made 90% of the population rude.
