I agree WHICH is why I vote for Democrats.

It doesn't matter to me what bathroom transvestites decide to use. As long as they don't personally bother me, why should I care what they choose to do with their own body?

Why should abortion be made illegal on a federal level as some Republicans have proposed?

It's not an issue that particularly motivates me but it's not an issue I think needs to be made illegal.

But government absolutely *influences* culture through non-legislative means. Trump has an influence on culture much like Biden has an influence on American culture.

Not surprisingly, we look at it differently.

Democrats’ top priorities involve culture.

universal health care
protecting public education
climate change
“family planning”
LGBTQ/gender issues
cancelling student loan debt
Title IX protections
race relations (affirmative action, reparations)
so-called “clean” energy
culturally “relevant” curriculum in schools
oversight of firearms
tuition-free higher education
