I like how thorough he is. Filling out his staff seemed to take forever but man was it a sick staff in the end. We freaked out over last year‘s class taking forever and he ends up with the #6 class. Everyone just these last few weeks have been complaining like crazy about this class and what does he do, he pulls through again. The man knows what he is doing and does things in his time frame and not ours. And that pays dividends.
