My Harpoons broke after 10 years last Summer at the beach. I went to put them on and the frame just snapped at the nose piece. Contacted Costa, they requested photos, I sent them, and they sent me a 100% off coupon code. Entire process was probably 7-10 days start to finish. Great experience all around. Only brand I'll wear
