Have you looked at cellular options?
Everyone has some kind of 5G home plan coming out now. If you are too far out for that, then look into Visible if you have decent Verizon service at home. It won't be blazing, but it's unlimited hot spot with speeds up to 5mbs which is almost 1000 times faster than dial-up.
