I’m not sold on Chet at all. With all of his skills and length, he wasn’t an amazing offensive player in college. I don’t see him cooking guys in the NBA. And defensively, he could hang out in the paint in college and block or alter shots with his length. I think he can still have some success there, but I don’t think he’s going to be a game-changing center. I’m just not sold on him at all.

I haven’t watched much of Jabari Smith yet, so I don’t know too much about him except for that he’s a good defender and can shoot.

As for Banchero, he’s 6’10” and solid and can create his own shot, he can take guys off the dribble, and he can pass and facilitate. He’s also a decent shooter and has a fluid shot that he can improve on. I think he has the most offensive talent of the three top prospects. His defense needs work, but I don’t see any reason why he can’t improve there. Much of his problems on defense seemed like a lack of focus or effort.
