Love my Char-Griller Flavor Pro 4-Burner Gas Grill with Multi-Fuel Flavor Drawer.
Usually use lump charcoal and/or wood chunks or sprinkle some pellets or chips on top, turn propane to low or off once it gets going, saves a ton on gas. Two adjustable chimney vents on top help control heat or for indirect cooking channels the smoke thru the “off” side. Also like the drum design with no back vent crap to retain heat and smoke better.
