They get more right then wrong, statistically.
But I’ll adjust to say convicted felons, which is what I meant.
Play this scenario out, is a gang banger more or less likely to reverse a vasectomy or someone convicted of a white collar felony? This would relieve the stress of poverty and crime in the black community, imo.

Just say you want vasectomies for poor black men. Sounds better than giving the government an overarching hardline rule. Reversals aren't always successful either.
