Bluebonnet was kind of the sticks at the time. Now we have rappers getting shot right down the street though.

Pre-JSM, we used to ride dirt bikes all up and down Bluebonnet and up in the fields before they paved it.

As for Swags before the scandal, it was huge. I went to a youth church called Crossfire for a bit after the main church moved into the new sanctuary. Crossfire would meet at the old sanctuary. When the main church moved to the new sanctuary things kind of started to take on a different vibe that I really didn’t care for, one more of pomp and circumstance than what I liked at the old church which was more down to earth, and significantly less showy. Jimmy then became more of a star attraction when he was in town and not on a crusade. People started to say stuff like “oh brother Jimmy this” and “brother Jimmy that” and that never really sat well with me. It bordered on hero worship sometimes, and I wasn’t there for Jimmy as I was for Jesus. In any case, Swag knows scripture like the back of his hand, and I respect him for that, but I still have no real interest in going back there.

In both of their primes he was as good a piano player as JLL and a better singer.
