It's not a judge's job to decide what's "right for health and safety." It's a judge's job to decide whether or not "what is right for health and safety," is legal.
In this case, it isn't. It's up to the "experts" to issue guidance that is legal.
Also, that mask isn't doing a damn thing for anybody at all, anyway.
Masks do not prevent the spread of respiratory viruses. That's a fact.
