My favorite restaurants to go to as a kid in Baton Rouge were Bamboo Garden (ordering the pu pu platter was awesome , Mike Andersons (I remember the first time I ate there I really felt like was at a "nice" restaurant My grandparents liked to take us to Brewbachers to get French dip sandwiches.
