I had the plumber run a line on the porch for propane as well as water and drain for future outdoor kitchen. What kind of fittings/connections do I need to be able to hook up my griddle so I won’t have to use bottles?

Blackstone natural gas conversion kit

I'm sure there are cheaper ways to do it, but this is easy enough.

You can buy a kit from HD or Lowes for a gas dryer. It has a flex hose with a couple adapters for the various sizes you may encounter. That will get your gas from the wall to your appliance. As stated above you have to make sure your appliance is a gas appliance vs propane. If you haven’t bought it yet you’re fine. If you already have one and it’s propane you can probably get another kit which will convert it.

I probably didn’t make this clear in my OP but my griddle is propane as well as the stub out, we have propane for the whole house so I shouldn’t need the conversion kit?
