I noticed over time that numerous cannabis dispensaries opened in Trinidad, CO which is just over the border with NM and on I 26. Way more weed stores than necessary for such a small town and certainly the only reason for so many would have been demand caused by people from NM (and Texas). Now that NM has recreational pot and retail stores open in Raton and Clayton, Trinidad bud tenders may see a decrease in demand. I love capitalism.

same thing here. small-town ontario OR has a thriving weed scene because it's the closet place to boise ID (where it is illegal). the kids just cross the border into OR and then drive back to ID with their stash.

it's been legal in AZ for a while, and i support decriminalization/legalization from a personal freedom standpoint. but it's annoying as hell to be on the trails or in the woods or at the mountain lake and have to smell that shite.
