The initial foul could have. That stuff happens all the time under the goal. They were hooking each other. What transpired after that was absolutely stupid. Not only did Wilkinson hook him after the initial contact by Arky player, but he held on and actually tried to pull him down. It was so obvious it couldn't be overlooked.

That's why they review the play. Earlier they called the hook and hold on Arkansas after the review. They could have called it on both and not which one looked scarier.
