This is proof that you have zero clue about the subject. China owns 25% of that oil being produced. Additionally, the US is producing more oil and natural gas than ever in history of the world. Included is more production from offshore fields than ever.
Guyanese oil quality fits European refineries more than US refineries. Assays matter a lot.
