I hear ya and maybe it’s just semantics, but saying it’s “difficult” to track at home might lead some new people to throw away the idea. The application is easy, but it takes more time than not doing it.
However, doing it will reward the people who are coming to the health and fitness board looking for solutions to losing weight. Calories are all that matters when it comes to losing weight. A caloric deficit….so track your calories if you are looking to lose weight.
Get a food scale off Amazon and get a tracker app like myfitnesspal. You can store any meal you make and save it. So you have to calculate each thing only once. Anything out of a package you just scan.
