how do they rank among the grocery pick up customers who don't get out of the car and help the workers load your internet groceries into the car?

That's most likely a rule due to covid crap. Contactless pickup.
It's also bad because there's no telling what they will put in your car (meth, weed, etc).

I always get out and try to exceed my personal best time in unloading per crate, to the gratification of the worker, and the amazement of those that remain in their cars.
