With extended finance options (ten years WTF), and consumers unwilling to "settle" for something they don't want, they are paying the outrageous prices for new and used cars.
I'll never understand why someone would ever pay more than 30k for a vehicle. It blows my mind.
I know people in there 20s and 30s that make 50k a year with 1200/month payments.
